Need some help here. I'm not very electrically inclined and I am building a fermentation chamber. I have an old mini fridge that works really well, but I can't get the temperature up to a steady 65 degrees or so. Are there temperature controlled regulators that I can plug my refrigerator into and it will control my temperature? I've been looking at the ink-bird products but not sure what to get.

This is the slightly newer version with the removable probe. With this Inkbird you can switch between long and short probes or leave probes wired to a single fermenter and share a common controller.

My review of mine here.

Any of these should work once you've gotten your set point set. Id advise advise using a ceramic reptile enclosure bulb ( no light) for heat and add a small fan (mine runs continuously) to give you better circulation.

Yeah I'm not good at wiring. Definitely looking for something I can plug my fridge into and from the box itself I can adjust the temperature. Tried finding the thermostat on the fridge but it's an old one(still works really good)and couldn't locate it. Didn't want to break it.
