Here is my new chamber. To be honest, I borrowed so much from members of this site.

Yeah, I know I could have done this so much cheaper or faster or ...., but I could not be happier with the way it is coming together. It is fully operational. I have no idea what the low end temperature that it can hold. My goal for this space is about 65°F. I have no doubt that it can get down to 60°F. I don't currently make lagers, but I just received a second mini fridge for free, so I have the option of converting that in the future.

How much did I spend? Well, I have not added it all up because SWMBO doesn't need to know that.

How long did it take? About a month, but I only had short windows to work.

Is it done? No, I still need to remount the fridge door once the trim goes on.

I don't think I could have finished it without my helper (or maybe I could have had it done sooner).

That is a great looking build. I wish I had the space for something that size. I'm toying with making its little brother, though.

I'm getting all my parts for a build just about that size now

Very nice work! Have you fired it up yet?

Oh, yeah. Actually, it's been running for awhile now. I am drinking the first few batches that I brew two days after it was chooching. Just been to busy with youth football to do the finish trim and even post it here.

Temps in my garage hovered in the high 80's for a good part of the summer, but it held strong at 18.2C (65F)

I am impressed that fridge can cool that large of an area that well. It does look well insulted.
