Fermentasaurus and fermenting under pressure

I recently got a Fermentasaurus. So I'm gonna use it for the 1st time. My question is how do I go about fermenting under pressure, I have all the components including a spunding value.

I don't wanna wait for my beer to bottle carb. So I also bought a blicman beer gun. And have a dual outlet c02 regulator.

1st question any tools recommend to find perfect PSI for fermenting under pressure

2 what is the best way to carb the beer ans bottle it using the gun as fast as possible?

Yea I have that and all the parts. Trying ti figure out ideal pressure to ferment under and how to use a beer gun with it

1) Optimal pressure seems to be somewhere between 0 and 30psi according to the internet. You may need to do some experiments yourself to see what you prefer but these suggest you're not going to miraculously make your beer 10x better simply by fermenting under pressure but there could be some benefits of doing it still (not to mention less time to carbonate):

For bottling, check your desired carb levels against the temp your beer is at and decide on pressure that way:

1b) A spunding valve would be useful to dial in the right pressure. There are a few available pre-made for $30-50 (or you can buy a professional one for a mere $500), or you can make your own with parts from amazon for a little less (that's what I did) but the relief valve in them is pretty cheap and a common problem is they don't re-seal and let the pressure gradually drop back down to zero eventually.

2) Assuming you carbonate to the right level before bottling, you could just hook up the beer gun to the floating dip-tube, hook the gas up to the fermentasaurus' gas post (very low PSI) and bottle that way.
