I have two of the items pictures below. It's a Fermentap thermometer with 3" probe that goes into a 1/2" SS cross with a SS plug at the bottom. Just add your connectors of choice. Both are in exactly the same condition, so I've only included a picture of one of them. They work great, I've just moved on to digital probes and no longer have a need for these. Pieced together the parts would cost you $30 (plus shipping). My price is $25 ea. including shipping or $45 for both shipping included.
