Alright, I know this question was asked before and I seen some footprints.

Here some question
1. what are the options for heating ?
2. what are the options of ventilation - that could be a problem if the compressor is inside of the chamber without proper ventilation

Heating:
1) Brewing heat belt
2) Light bulb in paint can
3) Seed germination mat
4) Reptile heat bulb
5) other schemes

Ventilation: You need to keep the heat dissipation coils and compressor outside of the chamber, or it will only heat, not cool anything - an open fridge in a sealed room heats the room, it doesn't cool it.

thanks, how small is too small ? will one of those haier work ?

I've got an ex-Tufts dorm fridge - about 3 ft high by 18 inches wide and deep, which will happily cool my 3 ft x 3 ft x 18 inch chamber to 60 at an ambient temperature of 75. I'm sure I can do better if I seal the door better (I've rehung the fridge door as the door for the chamber) and install a fan. I've seen designs with smaller countertop fridges as well, just for ale temps.

I think the cheap haier fridges have been reported to work well.

That really looks interesting
- any fire hazard ?
- I am suppose to put this on the walls of the chamber right ?

Yes. Attach to the back or sides. It gets very warm so it needs a thermostat. I made an incubator out of an old freezer, have to keep it 90 degrees, but it will hold any temp very well.
