Felt Like a Rookie Today

I've pressure transferred to a keg a few times now even with pressurized fermentation but today I forgot to put the spunding valve on my keg and opened the pressure relief to move the beer. There was a little over 12 psi in the fermenter and the CO2 was at 14 psi. So instant volcano in my fermenter! Looks like my keg will be my secondary.
