I have started drinking Epic's Mid mountain mild - a great all around beer - not super hoppy, not too strong to have a few of them on a school night. for those that have not tried this - its labeled as a mild but it certainly doesn't fit the specs at 4.9% abv. I would almost term it as an american mild??? Its almost american pale ale but a little lighter on the hops. I've searched around and can't find a clone recipe, but the epic website lists the ingredients so that's at least a start. Here is what they say on the website:

Brewed on January 30, 2014. Packaged on Febuary 10, 2014.

The Malts

Muntons Maris Otter and Briess 2-Row Brewers Malt as the base malts, Weyermann Cara Munich 1, Weyermann Munich Malt Type 1 and Roasted Barley.

The Hops

Saaz, Willamette, and Mt. Hood.

ABV 5.3%

Brewed in Salt Lake City

I happen to have a bunch of maris otter so I'm going to skip the two row and perhaps go a little lighter on the cara munich, munich and roasted barley. I'm at a loss as to the hop schedule so any input on that would be especially helpful.
