12 lbs Pale Malt 88.6 %
12.8 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt 5.9 %
12.0 oz Rye Malt Grain 4 5.5 %
0.75 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.25 oz Amarillo [14.75 %] - Boil 45.0 min

You may want to post this is the Recipes/Ingredients forum. You may get more advice.

I believe the recipes database if for recipes that have already been brewed.
 
Just based on my experience that seems like a pretty small amount of hops for an IPA. Personally I would remove the 45 and 30 min addition and add some at 5 or flameout. I usually dry hope with 2-4 oz for a 5 gal batch but that might just be my personal taste. I usually have 4-8 oz hops total in 5 gal batch.
What lovibond crystal malt are you using? It just says 12.8 oz.
