It's not the best ever, and I couldn't find it posted online anywhere, but I was watching Mythbusters a couple weeks ago and a Guinness ad came on with Adam and Jamie as the animated characters, confirming myths like "Gunness only has 120 calories - BRILLIANT!"

Best ad I've seen in a while... their faces fit perfectly as the Guinness characters.
