Hi, i just brewed a fat tire clone and this is my first time using kegs:
Fermentation temp 70
1 week in primary
2 weeks in secondary (carboy)
4 days cold crash (carboy)
Then i kegged the beer and forced carbonation.
My question is, its the beer green and i have to leave it a few weeks in the kegerator? or what the best way to avoid getting off flavors?
