Hi, i just brewed a fat tire clone and this is my first time using kegs:

Fermentation temp 70
1 week in primary
2 weeks in secondary (carboy)
4 days cold crash (carboy)

Then i kegged the beer and forced carbonation.

My question is, it’s the beer green and i have to leave it a few weeks in the kegerator? or what the best way to avoid getting off flavors?

I'm not totally clear on what you are asking. Are you asking how to avoid getting off flavors in a batch or saying that you have them and want to know how to avoid them in the future?

both, but my main question is, the off flavors are because i have to wait a few weeks or something went wrong?

That depends on what the off flavors are. Some of them go away and some of them don't.
