Hi everyone,

I was lazy and didn't check the specific gravity of my wort before fermentation.

The fermentation started after a couple days and seemed to be a constant "bubble" for a couple days.

I racked it off into a secondary after 10 days and checked the gravity. If was at about 1.01.

Does this sound about right? I know this is a low gravity beer but I'm just a little worried this isn't right.

Does this seem about right?

I appreciate any input.

thanks,

Jason

I just made the same type of clone with an SG of 1.052 and it finished short of two weeks at 1.011, but it does depend on your yeast. I made this with WLP001.
