I finally upgraded and can do larger batches of extract brews and will be getting a mash Tun in a month or 2.
In the meantime my bro lo wants me to brew him a stout. I'm not a huge stout guy, but do like shakedown stout. I can't find a clone. On fat heads website they have the hops listed.
Does anyone know of a clone? I was thinking of just getting a stout kick and replacing the hops with the ones in shakedown. I enjoy hoppier stouts with coffee flavor and aroma, but I despise chocolate (the smell and taste). Any help would be great.
My brother in law is coming to town end of June and will be moving out of the country for 3 years and id like to have a stout, ipa, DIPA, and Oberon clone for him. I'm good on all but the stout.
