Novice here.
Same issues as many users due to warped top not allowing a flush seat + issues with seal falling off.
File down the 2 raised joints on shoulder of keg, just below threads on outside.
Pull the original seal down over threads and seat on shoulder.
Tighten lid (without its original seal) down.
