I'm looking for a good extract or partial mash recipe that's fast from brew to bottle. Something that could maybe be ready in 20 days or less, anyone have anything that fits the bill?

Thanks.

Most simple brews can be in the bottle in 7 or 8 days, and carbed 8-10 days later.
I think you need to look more at procedure than recipe.

Like keep the bottles warm (75Deg) to speed up carbonation. Someone else will help with brew procedures.

Luck

A lot of recipes can be done fast-you need to pitch lots of yeast. When I use a big starter or yeast cake lower gravity ales( to 1.050 or so) are "done" within 4 days. Without a big starter a few days are spent waiting for fermentation to start.

What style beer are you wanting to do?
