I tried a new recipe tonight.. I put two gallons Giant apple juice from concentrate in a 3 G corny with a few splashes of a cold crashed yeast cake from a cream ale I just kegged. The spunding valve is iffy. I can hear it wheezing under minimal pressure even when it is set to 100psi. I plan on manually spunding over the next week and seeing how quickly I can make a drinkable cider.
