After 5 days add 1oz of galaxy to primary.

Cold crash at 45F for 2 days.

Siphon to keg.

Pressurize to 2.2 units CO2 and enjoy.

I don't know if it was the first time i put my primary in a fridge for absolute temperature control, or if it was using distilled water. But this was the best IPA i have made.

did you treat the water with anything?

I did not add anything to the water. No gypsum, etc.

This is by far the best IPA I have made.
It was the first one where i used a fridge to keep temperatures below 70F throughout fermentation.
It was the first one that I kegged rather than bottled.
