There is a real childhood taste in this beer. For a minute I thought it was Dandelion and Burdock, but nope. I am struggling, but **** this is so interesting and good. My head is messed up on this one.

Can't confirm or deny, only spoke with him for a few minutes. I think he's been there less than a year.

Speaking of fresh hops. Amarillo. This one doesn’t have a fresh hop flavor or aroma like Simcoe or Sorachi. So much ester-y banana and clove flavors going on it tastes like a Hefeweizen. Tasty but different, and probably my least favorite of the hopped series.

Wow this Negroni is hitting me all the right places out the gate. Still a bit fresh and bitter, but masked with plenty tome funk and extremely smooth. I could see this getting much better with time but right now it’s prefect!

Dat color too, it’s got this rose gold thing going on.

Even after 15-20 saisons beforehand, some of these Tômes made me literally say wow. (Or, “That’s so weird.”) Wish I could say more but I was just enjoying the moment.
