I have 3-1/2 ish gallons in bottles of a failed vanilla porter. By failed I mean, 5 vanilla beans too many. Its like sucking on a vanilla bean.

I'm building a kegerator this week, and I'll have a spare keg. My crazy thought would be to empty the bottles in a keg, and mix with a couple gallons of something that doesn't have vanilla in it. Would this work?

so if I could do this, any suggestions on what to mix it with?

If you can pour the bottles into the keg with very little splashing. Otherwise the beer will get oxidized. Make a porter without the vanilla.

Or make and keg a new beer and mix them on the pour once it is ready.. This would avoid oxidation issues and you could mix the beers to taste.
