I'm guessing everyone has days like this.
First, I drank some of the dark red I made and for some reason it tasted yeasty and bitter when yesterday it was delicious. Okay, maybe that was me.
Then I went for the stout. Instead of the 12 ozers that had been in for a week I went for the 16s that I put in yesterday. Of course, undercarbed and no head. Stupid.
So finally went for the pale ale and hit my first gusher. Crap. The bottle from the same batch that I had yesterday was fine and the one I went back for just now was fine, so hopefully just an infected aberration. Still, crap.
Oh well, not everyday can be the beer-vana I typically experience.
Thanks for letting me vent.
