So I had two batches of flat beer. The first time I thought I might have messed something up and it was just me. Out of my 36 EZ Caps I only had about 8-12 that had carbonation. Neddless to say I was not too happy. Well I went with an all grain for my next batch and thought I would try again. This time the same problem. So I read about using vinager and baking soda to test them out. I put about 1-2 ounces of vinager in the bottle and then added about 1/4tsp of the baking soda right into the bottle and sealed it up. Here is a video of what was going on and why I have flat beers.
