I made a Coopers Real Ale with two pounds of light DME and used the yeast that came with it. Good tasting Ale, but now i want to make it from grain.
Does anyone have an all grain recipe i can use.

What i've seen tossed around as a conversion:

1 lb grain = .75 lb LME = .6 lb DME

However, is there something i'm missing ...are you only using 2 lbs of DME ? Or is there more to this recipe ?
