I am experimenting with a few 1 Gallon Batch recipes using BeerSmith 2.0 and have a question about the water volume.
I am curious how much water I should start with to end up with a bottling volume of 1 gallon using the following recipe, a Belgian Tripel.

- 1 lbs 4.0 oz Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) Dry Extract 6 60.7 %
- 4.0 oz Pale Liquid Extract [Boil for60 min](8.0 SRM) Extract 7 12.1 %
- 0.25 oz Saaz [4.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 8 19.8 IBUs
