Hi!
Im hoping to get a little help converting an extract recipe to an all grain recipe.
I kind of understand the basics of converting it but would like to check my math with the general brewing public! =D
Recipe:
4 lbs. mountmellick irish stout kit
3 lbs. light malt extract
1.5 lbs. dry dark malt extract
1 lbs. crystal 60
1/2 lbs. roasted barley
1/2 lbs. black patent malt
1 oz. No Brewer hop pellets (30 min)
1 oz. Willamette Leaf (15 min)
Still working on the yeast but anyway, need help with converting the extracts to a grain bill. Thanks so much guys!
