1.00 oz Pearle [8.00 %] (30 min) Hops 21.9 IBU

1 Pkgs American Ale II (Wyeast Labs #1272) Yeast-Ale


Could this work for an American Pale? In BrewSmith, it puts an exclamation! next to the honey male - why?

Any other thoughts?

Looks decent. Probably more of an amber ale. The honey malt will lend a very pronounced honey flavor, which if fine if that's what your going for.
