I'm hoping to brew this today and wanted to get any thoughts on it in!

Goal is a citrus and fruit hop flavors, with a bready malt backing.

Fermentables:
6.6lbs Extra Light LME
2lb Biscuit
1lb Crystal 20
1lb Victory

Hop Schedule:
60 - 1 oz Citra
15 - 1 oz Mosaic
10 - .5 oz Mosaic
5 - .5 oz Mosaic

Dry Hop for 5-7 days:
1 oz Citra
1 oz Mosaic

Yeast:
Safalle US-05

Please give any thoughts!

At 10.6 lbs. fermentables with about 19% Biscuit and 10% each Victory and C20, I would say you are overdoing these three grains for an American IPA.

Shoot for more like 2-3% Biscuit, 2-3% Victory and 4-6% C20. For more breadiness, you could always use an English Extract base, like Muntons Extra Light DME and skip the biscuit and victory.

5 oz. hops total for 5 gallons? More late hops and dryhops are needed IMO.
