Hey everyone! I'm a week away from bottling an Imperial IPA and I've read some posts on other places around the web about people having carbonation problems with >7.5% ABV beer. Anyone experience this? I also read some people use an additional half pack of dry yeast in the bottling bucket before bottling. Anybody do this? Thanks!
