Dear All,
This post to share with you our project:
- a 150 square meter production area to turn from old building basement to a small Brewery (Goal 18 batch of 150L per year, 20% in kegs, roughly 8000 bottles of 33cl).
- Full electric brewing with Homemade electrical control
- 2 Polsinelli Cylindro Conical Fermenters
- 9 Friends
Here are some pictures of our local before work:
- The main production area: we will put tiles and a small entry
- The kitchen with a dishwasher
- Small toilets (it was a school for childrens before)
- Chilling Room
- Fermentation room
- Basement to store too much things
