Am new here so this probably has beenaddressed before. My mead tends to push out the cork even after being in the secondary over a year on two different batches. What I did get to drink was amazing. Baja honey, drinking some now. How do I stop the fermentation in the bottle?
 
What was the recipe ,the starting gravity, and final gravity?

I've yet to personally experience this, **knocks on wood**, but I have heard that with mead the fermentation can stop, and gravity will appear stable, and then start again later.
