Exploding bottles

Exploding bottles are caused by the fermentation not being complete prior to bottling or too much priming sugar at bottling time and warm temps for bottle conditioning.

You need to place the bottles in a cool area, like the fridge, to retard the carbonation/conditioning process. Depending where you live outside or in the garage just might do it for you.

No need to vent.
