How long does yeast last in the fridge? Specifically Wyeast 1010. I bought it in July....just pitched yesterday at 70 degrees. 24 hours later no action?

There were still likely viable yeast in that pack, but it was a reduced population. Even pitching just one fresh pack is under pitching in many cases (depending on OG.). In this case you should have made a starter.

O.g. was 1.062. Should I just pitch more yeast?

No, the damage is done now, the viable cells are already reproducing and will have established themselves before additional yeast would have a chance to make an impact. Ride it out, you'll make beer. Next time you make this recipe, make a starter and the beer will be even better.
