A buddy and I had a big brew day today, 10 gallons of a Porter and 5 gallons of a stout. We had a little leftover wort, just under a gallon of each. I have already collected both and mixed them in a pot. I want to brew it up tomorrow and just see what I can come up with. Maybe add some pecans? Try to steep some coffee and throw in? Any other ideas?
Ive never really done a small/experimental batch before, anything I need to be aware of?
