I just made 5 gallons of an oatmeal stout. I want to put one gallon in a secondary glass carboy with vanilla and another with bourbon soaked oak and vanilla. Do I have to put the rest in a 3 gallon container or can I leave it in the primary fermentation bucket?

You can just leave it.. How long before bottling?

I brewed it on sunday so I would rack in to secondary in 2 weeks. Now I have to figure out how much priming sugar I should use for each gallon carboy.

I'm sure this is not what what you want to hear but these are the times where a kegging system is nice. Anyway, just divide your priming sugar into five nice portions, mix 1 portion each into the two gallon jugs, add the rest to the 3 gallons and bottle.
