I have used some Warrior 17% in my last 4 low bitterness brews.

I have used as little as 1/8 oz and achieved good bitterness,(more than I wanted in some;)) and still have yet to use all of the first oz. 1 of the brews SWMBO likened to the bitterness of SNPA.

I guess economical and convenient are the biggest benefits.

It did cost $3.75 for the oz, but it saved me from buying what would likely have been 4oz @ $2.75 or so.

It is harder to be precise, but I am getting more precise, plus, for most brews, I couldn't care less over 5 IBUs one way or the other.

I use warrior on almost all my beers for the bittering hop addition.

It is harder to be precise,
What helped me was moving from oz to grams on the scale. My scale wont do like .59 oz, but it will do 45 grams.

I do the same thing so that I can up the quantities for the more flavorful additions later in the boil. It's been working out for me so far.

How does warrior rate as a flavor or aroma hops in your opinions. Have 8oz on the way. Was a bit of an impulse buy but was 5.99 from nortern brewer.
