Ok, my house, in the past used to be a bar...yeah, poor me, right? Anyway, the kitchen has a huge vent hood, but its the kind made for smoke and grease as it was over a stove, griddle, and two gas fryers.
This should work for brewing 5 to 10 gallon batches right? I mean i know i should have a condensation hood instead of a smoke hood, but this thing has to be sucking some serious air, its about 8 feet long and 3 feet wide, terminates out the roof with one of those mushroom caps.
