Hello fellow brewers. I'm planning to get back into brewing soon. What does everyone suggest brewing to impress the non beer drinkers or boring beer drinkers? I do all grain and just ordered my first 2 corny keg set up. It been 10 years since my last brew (had 5 kids and got married). I recently started a new job at a distillery running a cooker and still and it has me excited to start back brewing some good beer again!!!

Welcome back. Light lagers are usually popular among the not so craft crowd. I brew a “Mexican lager” with 66% Vienna and 33% flaked corn, 20 IBU’s of German hops and fermented with 34/70 or diamond lager. Everyone from voracious beer drinkers to the casual BMC crowd seems to like it.
