Hello all!! I've viewed this site many times in the past year to help get me started on my brewing adventures, and finally decided to join. I've brewed (extract) 5 times and have a very modest brew setup...single burner..4 glass carboys, immersion chiller, ect.,. I bottled one time and the bought two dual perlick ss towers and all the keg stuff as that was simpler to me. Now I am about to buy a house near Dallas( GO COWBOYS!!!:rockin: ) and want to build a setup for AG...Plus the walkin cooler i saw on here, and automate everything....but don't we all?? Anyway I'm just glad to be here and will take any advice given..thanks and Happy Brewing!!

These bottles were my first ever batch, True Brew's Irish Red, and the mug is of my last batch...Brewer's Best Belgian Triple.

Hmm...is soperbrew a member or a brewer? Soape is my last name so it was just a natural progression for me. Sorry for any confusion!
