With anyone with an exchilerator out there is there a one correct way to have the ins and outs connected for the wort and the cooling water?

The chilling water needs to run opposite direction of wort. It does not make a difference what end you choose. Chill water in, Chilled wort out Chill water out, Hot wort in. If you purchased the ready to brew install thermometer and valve on the wort out end so you can control flow and final exit temp.

Thanks. I noticed that Darin at brew boss had done a video showing on opposite hookup from the brick river videos. My ground water is at 62 right now which makes chilling rather slow. Nothing crazy but like 1:30-2 min per gal is about all I can get. It'll start getting quicker real soon with fall thru spring temps. I was just making sure I wasn't missing anything obvious.
