Considering this has been in the fermentor for almost 5 months do I need to consider the possibility of the yeast being dormant now? I am not in a hurry so would priming normally and waiting be fine or should I consider adding yeast? I seem to remember reading a thread where they discussed adding a grain of yeast to each bottle but with the excessive info on Apfelwein I have thrown my hands up on my search skills. Thanks for the help and looking forward to enjoying what everyone raves about!!
