I lived in California for a long time, and have been to a lot of bars and never seen hard alcohol on tap. Now I'm living in Louisiana, and my local happy hour bar has 2 taps with 4 handles. One of them has beer, and the other has Stoli, Patron, Grey Goose, and something else. It is pretty cool. I'm not sure how they pressurize it to serve it without getting any carbonation either, but it seems to work real well.

We used to keep tequila in various forms on tap at the brewery. We also had Cape Cods and other mixes around from time to time.

We pushed it with CO2. It did carbonate over time, but we had such small amounts of CO2 on it that it was light carbonation. It also was mice to have the spritz added. Nitrogen would remove that situation.

Do margaritas in slushy machines count?

No we have them all over the place too. And Daiquiris, which are everywhere, even at the drive throughs.

The bar also has a 4" frozen strip all the way around it that freezes over and makes ice which is fun to play with and the first I have ever seen.

Capital Ale House here in Richmond has that setup as well. Not sure if it really serves much of a purpose, but it looks neat.

Does this count?

Max's in Baltimore used to have a few liquor taps, not sure if they do anymore...been a while since I've been there. :(

I've seen a few bars around here that dispense almost all their hard liquor out of the same type of beverage gun they use for soda/juice/mixers. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun have this setup in most of the casino bars, the only time you see a bottle is for topshelf call brands

We had booze on a soda gun like system. 12 buttons on the gun-- puch a button get an ounce. Push a 1/2 button and the booze button get a half ounce.

It was pushed not by CO2 but by a pump system. It held 4 1.75 liter bottles of 12 different kinds of booze. It was really convenient when making large numbers of drinks.
