Evans Bali Cherries

Does anyone know whether Evans/Bali cherries are good in beers where a tart cherry flavor is desired? My wife wants to get a couple sour cherry trees and these are available and on sale. I've read from one source that they are less sour than other sour cherries. Does anyone have any experience with this variety?

Looking for a hardy fruit tree. I like animal friendly plants and was thinking I could use the cherries for a style of beer I love quads and attract some interesting wildlife.
