So when I was 18, I spent the summer in Germany. I already enjoyed beer, but my appreciation really matured that summer.
A particular experience sticks out.
I was in Bavaria... not sure why, seemed like a good idea... alps, cookoo clocks... then something magical happened. We stopped at this monastery and got a beer. It was really dark looking and I was prepared for some pretty strong flavor. I can't really describe what happened next. It was unbelievably good.
Anyway I did a little google research, and it turns out that the place actually exports. So... does anyone know where I can get Ettal Kloster in Morris County, nj or New York City... or someplace in the vicinity?????
Thanks....
