I have a adjustable regulator that shows flow in L/M. I also use a .5 micron stone to diffuse the oxygen. I know that it is just guessing because it isn't 100% of the o2 that goes into the wort. That being said, without using a DO meter, what is the best method to estimate DO in my wort?
