eRIMS system , I think it's finished

I've been brewing with this since August, but keep making adjustments, and have it pretty much where I want it ...One last thing I'll be adding in the next week will be one additional pump for pumping hot wort to the plate chiller.

If I had the room, I'd prefer a single tier, but it's hard to beat the space savings of the triple. 1 MyPin PID for the HLT, and 1 PID for the RIMS tube. I use a manual PWM controller for the boil kettle.

I've used it for 8 batches now , and it works very nice.

Nice setup I have a bunch of them racks at work never thought to try using them

I use a self drilling/tapping screw in each corner of each shelf for insurance

How fast are you running the wort threw the rims tube?

I've never measured it ....but I suspect somewhere between 1 and 2 quarts / min.
