Rangers are dirtbags...cheap shots all over the place today. Another after the whistle incident when the refs are there. Eminger took a swing with his stick at Sestito's legs while the ref is between them. Real tough those Rangers are. Bunch of p*ssies.

Yeah, they are *******. Any time you take a cheap shot on a guy with a ref between you, that's being a bitch.

And the slew foot Dubinsky just put on Rinaldo is another case of being a dirtbag. That should be reviewed by the league.

And out of it, Dubinsky 2 for tripping, 5 for fighting. Rinaldo gets 4 for roughing, 5 for fighting, and 10 minute misconduct. This is unbelievable. It's been like this the entire game.

Flyers just can't beat the Rangers right now...home or away. Oh well, Rangers will crumble in the playoffs. I'd literally piss myself if they missed the playoffs, though.

His reputation hurts him, even though he's been a pretty decent player this year. And he's been drawing as many or more penalties than he takes, though I don't have the numbers off hand.

If the D didn't look like Swiss cheese half the time and give up so many turnovers in the zone, it would be a different story. The top four is fine for the most part, but Bourdon/Gustafsson is just not a good pairing.

I just wish they'd get rid of Sestito and bring Harry the Z back up. It's such a waste to have Couturier on a line with Sestito and Rinaldo.

Pittsburgh over the Jets 8-5. Seemed like a game from the early 90's Penguins. Malkin picks up 5 points, LeTang with two goals. Jordan Staal back for his first game since being injured.

That play was a joke. It was a blatant slew foot and it was called tripping and the Rangers got the power play out of it, plus the 10 minute misconduct on Rinaldo. It was brutal.

Briere, Rinaldo, and Sestito (two of them) all got 10 minute misconducts in this game compared to the Rangers only getting one on Prust at the same time the Rinaldo/Dubinsky scrap took place. Briere got his after the Rangers scored their power play goal after all the penalties were handed out at 8:01 of the first when Sestito somehow got more penatly minutes than the 4 Rangers who were mugging him while Sestito was being escorted from the front of the crease by the ref. The penalty minutes were obnoxious. I'm all for calling the game tight, loose, whatever, but when 4 guys are mugging a single player from the other team, and one of them (Bickel) is throwing punches over the ref, and somehow the Flyers end up shorthanded...that's completely suspect.

Jets finally found there offence! Unfortunately defense was nowhere to be seen and got there a*se handed to them.
Really surprising pavelic was kept in goal.

Looks like the leafs week just got worse and worse. Thrashed by the hot habs! Glad neither of my teams play them in the coming week.

Nucks just couldn't get them past 'kiprosuff' last night. With Luongo letting 2 in on first 8 shots.
I Really think schneids is more on the puck at the moment and think they would be better starting him over Lou . Will be interesting to see who they play come the playoffs.

I really hope the Flyers can end Detroit's streak tonight. It pisses me off how everyone says they will tie the 75-76 Flyers and 29-30 (I think) Bruins with a win. They've won three games in shootouts during this unbeaten streak. The shootout didn't exist when the Bruins and Flyers set the record, if the score was still tied after OT, it was a tie, not a win. Detroit's streak was ended against Phoenix last month at 12 games. Those Flyers and Bruins teams hold the record regardless of what the Wings do tonight.
