Hi all,
Just a quick hello from a UK based biab brewer. I thought I'd join a US based forum as the brewing scene in the USA is still in advance to the UK in a number of ways. Looking forward to joining in and learning from you and hopefully share some ideas on best practice.

Thanks for the welcome Ed. I do use Jims sometimes as well as the Aussie biabrewer site which is a gold mine with some really helpful folks. The only downer with that site though is the 12hr wait for UK to Aus communication delay.
