Later today, there is an Oktoberfest going on and a homebrewing competition! We had our Oktoberfest ready, well, almost ready, but the bottles we had didn't condition long enough for them to get carbonated.
I did have a back up plan since we also kegged part of it. I force carbonated it a couple of nights ago but i didn't realize i had a leak in one of my hoses....
...after discovering an empty keg and sticky kegerator, i had to rely on the bottles, which were a disappointment....
....is it a good idea to transfer the bottles back to the keg, shoot with carbonation, there is less than a gallon, 96 oz., and then pour back to the bottles or a growler??
The bottles are "alright" but can be better...
