I just ordered a custom spike kettle and their basket. I basically have their solo system, but with a few minor differences. One being that my main source of heat will be from gas. I had them put a 1.5 tri clamp fitting on the back so I could go full electric in the future if I wanted to. I realized that I could use this port for an element so I could regulate the mash temp with a constant recirculation.
so I am looking to get an element and controller that will accommodate my needs. does anyone have a recommendation on what element to purchase or controller? I was gonna go with the InkBird IPB-16s. Please let me know. Links would be great as well. Thank you.
