Four 240v 5500 watt electric heating elements should do the trick.

I use my stove top with an immersion heater in the wort. From 170 to 212 in short order. I assume you're trying to speed up an all grain day?

I have an 2500w electric water bath canner. Holds 30 liters and does the job quite well. Not sure how popular they are in the U.S. but here in Europe they are popular. Mine cost about 100 bucks.

Ya that and also eliminate propane and be able to brew in the basement. Colorado winters get cold and brewing outside isn't too much fun. I was thinking of an immersion heater but didn't know how fast they can produce a boil.
