I have never brewed a drop of beer in my life, drank a few. Can I use a kegerator to eleminate bottleing. Lewis, Mid, Missouri ( In the heart of the ozarks where moonshineing is an art. )

Welcome to HBT. Brewing is great fun and relatively easy. Yes, you can keg beer rather than bottling. What most home brewers do is use 5-gallon cornelius (corny) kegs which can be purchased used from a variety of sources. These kegs fit nicely in refrigerators or converted chest freezers, along with CO2 tanks, regulators, etc.

You can do a search in the DIY section for a number of kegging set-ups.

I bottle my beer - I personally don't mind bottling, but lots of people hate bottling and love kegging.

Now go out there and brew. You'll like it.
